At Kopper Fashion, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted.

 


 

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a return or refund if:

• The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

• The request is made within 7 days of receiving the item

• The item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with tags intact

 


 

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Items purchased during clearance, sale, or discounted promotions

Lingerie, innerwear, or any intimate apparel due to hygiene concerns

• Products that have been used, washed, or altered

 


 

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund:

1. Email us at support@kopperfashion.com with your order number and reason for return

2. Include clear photos of the product in case of damage/defect

3. Once approved, we’ll share return instructions

Please do not return any item without prior approval.

 


 

4. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product), we cover return shipping

• For other reasons, you are responsible for return shipping costs

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of returns.

 


 

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days

Note: Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

 


 

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

• Check your bank account again

• Contact your credit card company or payment provider

• If you still have not received your refund, contact us at contact@kopperfashion.com

 


 

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color:

• Please request a return and place a new order for the desired item

 


 

8. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement or before dispatch (whichever comes first).
